According to one to one Sessions: You can get the full refund if you cancelled before 48 hours. And if you did not, then you have 48 hours to cancel; if you cancelled within the first 24 hours, you’ll be refunded with 75% of the amount. And if you cancelled within the last 24 hours, you will only get 50% of the amount.

PS: you will get no refund if you cancelled after the estimated time.

Regarding the Online Training: you will be able to get a full refund only if you did not open any links.
This will only be valid within 48 hours after the payment. There will be no refund if at least one link was opened.

As for the Live Events: you will get the full refund if the cancellation was done 72 hours before the event.
